Direct2holidayshop acts only as an agent for the owners and
managers of these properties.
On paying a
deposit for your holiday to Drect2holidayshop, you will enter into an agreement
with both Direct2holidayshop and the
owner/manager of the property.
The receipt
for the deposit and booking contract will be between you and the owner/manager.
Direct2holidayshop will track your
booking at all times, until you arrive at the accommodation.
We will
always be available to you on 00 351 913 591 282 to answer any questions. Should at
any point you feel dissatisfied for whatever reason, then you must contact the
accommodation owner or manager.
At no point
will Direct2holidayshop be held
responsible for any situation that is deemed out of Direct2holidayshops
control.
Should a
situation arise on your holiday, from which a dispute arises between you and
the property owner/manager, then this must be settled between the two parties,
at no time will Direct2holidayshop
be held responsible for such a dispute. However, Direct2holidayshop
may, if requested, be a mediator in such a case.
