This luxurious family villa built in 2007 is in an ideal

country setting on the urbanisation of Monte Canelas with beautiful views of the countryside. A wonderful place to relax and chill out, yet only 10 minutes drive from the city of Portimao where you can shop, eat or drink to your heart’s content, or why not take a walk on the pretty beach at Alvor also a 10 minute drive away or stroll along the quaint streets in this traditional fishing village, soaking up the atmosphere.

 
Casa Bourganvillia, which is on 2 levels, is spacious and tastefully decorated with pale terracotta floor tiling throughout. On the ground floor there is a living/dining area which has two sofas and a chair grouped around the coffee table in front of a large patio window, which opens onto the terrace and swimming pool with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The dining area has a large table and seats up to 8 people. The living/dining area is open plan with a hall leading off to a large kitchen which is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher. Patio doors at the end of the kitchen lead out to the pool area. A door from the kitchen leads into the utility room which houses the washing machine and ironing facilities.

 
Also on this floor is the guest bathroom and two of the Villa’s bedrooms where sleeping facilities can be either a double bed or twin beds with a third foldaway single bed in bedroom 1. They have large inbuilt wardrobes, 2 bedside tables, a dressing table and mirror with chair, The first bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and patio doors leading onto the terrace and garden, while the second bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and patio doors leading onto the terrace and swimming pool

 
Stairs to the left of the front door, which has a picture window at the bottom, lead up to the master bedroom on the first floor, here there is small landing which leads into the master bedroom. This is a very large room with a walk in wardrobe area, again sleeping facilities can be either a double bed or twin beds, with two further foldaway single beds, 2 bedside tables, dressing table mirror and chair. There is an ensuite bathroom and double patio doors leading on to the balcony with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside.

 
There is parking for several cars on the driveway at the side of the villa, behind electric gates.
