It has its own private entrance. The apartment comprises of 3 bedrooms with a double bed in each, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). The kitchen is fully fitted with a 2 plate stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Drying and ironing facilities are available. Clean bath towels and linen are provided once a week The lounge is open plan with a double sleeper couch, television (satellite reception) with VCR & DVD and ADSL internet access. The home has indoor heating throughout. The private balcony is west facing so has magnificent unrestricted sea, sunset and mountain views. The beach is a mere 100m away from the house, Llandudno and Sandy bay beaches are about a ten minute walk. Beach towels and sun umbrella can be provided upon request. After a day at the beach cool off in the freeform secluded garden saltwater swimming pool. In the garden there is a double swing and slide for children. Children are welcome. There is a baby cot, high chair, toilet and bath tub games, toys, books, videos and an inflatable Portapool. For a typical South African ‘Braai’ there is also a portable barbeque. The complex boasts a 24-hour local security and one uncovered, secure off-street parking bay. No pets are allowed. Additional cleaning, catering, car hire & babysitting can be arranged.
